Project Description: Wink and Wave is a leading mobile beauty and wellness salon delivering luxury services to clients across Toronto, the GTA, and Muskoka, known for its high-quality treatments and seamless, on-demand experience.
Past Role – Social Media & Marketing Leadership (2020–2024):
From 2020 through 2024, I led Wink & Wave’s social media and broader digital marketing efforts. This included developing and executing social media strategies to drive audience growth and engagement, overseeing paid media initiatives, managing email marketing, and handling influencer relations and brand partnerships. I collaborated with partners such as Muskoka BeerSpa and Taboo Resort to extend reach and brand visibility.
This role also included leading content creation and e-commerce support—developing campaign and promotional content, capturing event coverage, and producing digital assets to support online sales and key launches. This included content captured at events featuring high-profile personalities such as the Toronto Blue Jays and Cat & Nat.
Current Role – Marketing Support (2025–Present):
As of 2025, my involvement transitioned to an ad hoc, a-la-carte marketing support model. I now contribute to larger, high-impact marketing initiatives as needed, including advising on social media content and campaign direction; crafting brand, messaging, and copy for web, OOH, and key promotional touchpoints; and supporting broader brand updates.
This work also includes graphic design for key promotions—such as event posters and OOH advertising—alongside support for email newsletter marketing, select partnerships, and special activations, ensuring consistency across channels and alignment with the brand’s evolving positioning.
Impact:
Across this long-term partnership, my work supported sustained growth in brand visibility, audience engagement, and client retention. Strategic content, partnerships, and marketing execution helped reinforce Wink & Wave’s reputation as a leading mobile beauty and wellness provider in Toronto, the GTA, and Muskoka.
